A mobile application for users of the Medics system that allows them to schedule appointments with doctors, communicate with them, and view the results of appointments in their medical records.
The Medics App was a transformative healthcare project that digitized medical services across Ukraine, serving over 100,000+ users. As Design Consultant for Medics IT, I led the complete UX/UI design for both iOS and Android platforms, creating a comprehensive healthcare ecosystem that connected patients with medical providers seamlessly.

User Research & Personas

The comprehensive information architecture I designed addressed multiple user scenarios: individual patients seeking care, parents managing family healthcare, and elderly users requiring simplified interactions. Each user flow was carefully crafted to minimize cognitive load while maintaining access to essential medical information.
Appointment Scheduling System
The scheduling system became the app's cornerstone feature, designed to handle Ukraine's complex healthcare landscape:
- Doctor Search: Intuitive search with specialty, location, and availability filters
- Real-time Booking: Instant confirmation with calendar integration
- "Hot Minutes" Feature: Subscription system for last-minute appointment openings
- Family Management: Multi-user booking capabilities for healthcare coordination

The biggest challenge was designing for such diverse user groups—from tech-savvy professionals to elderly patients—which reinforced the critical importance of inclusive design principles in healthcare.
Digital Health Records
I designed comprehensive digital health management that transformed how Ukrainians accessed their medical information:
